1. Service Description

Resuvolt is an AI-powered service that helps users tailor their resumes to match specific job descriptions. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Our service analyzes your resume content and job descriptions to generate optimized resume versions, maintain a history of your tailored resumes, and store your base resumes in a personal vault.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Resuvolt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resumes.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to job applications.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share access with others.
• Review and verify all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or exploit the service.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Resuvolt uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate tailored resume content. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or suggestions that do not accurately reflect your experience. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before use. Resuvolt is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to rejected applications or misrepresentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually depending on your chosen plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Resuvolt operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Subscriptions (Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly, Pro Annual): No refunds will be issued for any subscription period, whether partially or fully used. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
• Starter Pack (one-time credit purchase): Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire but cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Failed AI processing: If a tailoring request fails due to a technical error on our end, any credits consumed by that request will be automatically restored to your account. This is not a monetary refund but a service credit restoration.

By proceeding with any purchase on Resuvolt, you expressly agree to waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law, as the digital service begins immediately upon purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact us at support@resuvolt.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Resuvolt, including your original resume text and job descriptions. The tailored resumes generated by our service are yours to use as you see fit. Resuvolt retains ownership of its platform, branding, algorithms, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Resuvolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resuvolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
