• Account information: Your email address and authentication credentials when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your display name, profile picture URL, and Google account identifier.
• Resume content: The resume text you provide for tailoring, including any personal details contained within it.
• Job descriptions: The job posting text you submit for resume matching and tailoring.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with our service, including tailoring history, feature usage, and session data.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Tailor your resume to match specific job descriptions using AI.
• Maintain your tailoring history so you can review and reuse past results.
• Manage your account and process payments.
• Improve our service and develop new features.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and automated systems required to operate the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Resuvolt:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Google Gemini: For AI-powered resume tailoring. Resume and job description text is sent to Google Gemini for processing. Please review Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
• Supabase: For authentication and database services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions and maintain your login state. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
