1. Service Description

Resuvolt is an AI-powered platform that helps users tailor resumes, generate cover letters, prepare for interviews, and manage job applications. Our platform supports users targeting jobs across 24 European countries, with country-aware AI tailoring that automatically applies local CV conventions and formatting norms. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Our platform includes the following features and tools:

• Resume Tailoring: AI-powered analysis and optimization of your resume to match specific job descriptions, including batch tailoring for multiple job postings. Output is tailored based on your selected target country, with country-specific CV conventions applied automatically.
• Cover Letter Generator: AI-generated cover letters based on your resume and target job descriptions.
• Interview Prep Generator: AI-generated interview questions and preparation materials based on the target role.
• Natural Writing Mode: An AI writing quality feature included on all plans that produces natural, professional output matching your personal writing style.
• Country-Aware Tailoring: When you select a target country, our AI automatically applies that country's prevailing CV conventions, formatting expectations, and professional norms. This feature currently supports 24 European countries. The user interface is available in 15 languages.
• CV Templates: Access to all 20 ATS-optimized CV templates, including specialized formats such as German Lebenslauf, French CV Narratif, Europass, and Modern International. Available to Starter and Pro subscribers. Templates are populated using algorithmic (non-AI) parsing of your resume content.
• Photo Upload: You may upload a profile photo for use in CV templates. Photos are stored securely in Supabase Storage and included only in generated CV documents.
• Chrome Extension: A browser extension that extracts job descriptions from supported third-party job platforms (including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor) for use with Resuvolt. The extension uses algorithmic scraping (no AI) to parse job posting content. The extension is available on the Chrome Web Store. Terms relating to the extension apply from the date of installation.
• Resume Vault & History: Storage for your base resumes and a history of all tailored versions.
• Resume Builder: Create professional CVs from scratch using 20 ATS-optimized templates designed for European job markets. Templates are rendered using your structured input data — no AI is involved in template rendering or PDF generation.
• ATS Simulation: A free algorithmic tool that simulates how European ATS systems (such as Personio and SAP SuccessFactors) parse your resume. Results are approximations based on publicly known parsing behaviors and are provided for informational purposes only.
• Career Stage Selection: An optional preference that adjusts AI tailoring tone and content focus based on your selected career stage (entry-level, mid-career, senior, executive, or career changer).
• Batch Tailoring: Tailor one resume to up to 10 job descriptions simultaneously (available on Starter and Pro plans).

Resuvolt offers a free tier with limited access. Free registered users receive 5 AI calls per month. Cover letter generation is available to all registered users. Interview preparation and batch tailoring are available to Starter, Pro subscribers. Unauthenticated users may submit 1 tailoring request per day (enforced via IP-based rate limiting) and can preview their match score, but must create an account to access full tailoring results, DOCX export, and other features. Paid plans unlock the full feature set.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Resuvolt. Users under 16 may only use the service with verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with GDPR Article 8. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. AI Disclosure and Transparency

By using Resuvolt, you acknowledge that you are using an AI-assisted tool. Our service relies on third-party AI providers to process and generate content. AI output is tailored based on your selected target country, and country-specific CV conventions are applied automatically as part of the tailoring process.

Fabrication-Free by Design: Our AI is instructed to never fabricate experience, qualifications, or credentials. The system is designed to work exclusively with the information you provide. However, "Fabrication-Free by Design" describes our design principle, not a guarantee — AI-generated content should always be reviewed for accuracy before submission. You are responsible for ensuring all information in your resume is truthful and accurate, and for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. Resuvolt is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Our AI-optimised output typically scores ~75–85% on leading AI detection tools. We are transparent about AI usage and do not claim our output is human-written. AI detectors will likely flag the output.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Resuvolt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resumes.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to job applications.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share access with others.
• Review and verify all AI-generated content — including tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview prep materials — before submitting or publishing.
• Use the Chrome Extension only on supported platforms and in compliance with those platforms' terms of service.
• Not use the Natural Writing Mode or any other feature to misrepresent your qualifications or deceive employers.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or exploit the service, including manipulating the referral or credit system.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Resuvolt uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI providers, to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. While we strive for high quality, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated content should be carefully reviewed before use. Content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or suggestions that do not perfectly reflect your experience. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output.
• We do not guarantee that AI output will pass any specific AI detection tool or achieve any particular detection score.
• We do not guarantee that AI output will conform perfectly to every employer's expectations or requirements.
• Country-specific CV norms applied by our country-aware tailoring feature are based on general market research and widely accepted conventions. They may not reflect every employer's individual preferences or the latest changes in local hiring practices.
• The country selection feature provides guidance and best-effort localisation, not guarantees of compliance with any specific national standard.

Resuvolt is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to rejected applications or misrepresentation.

AI Input Detection: Resuvolt may analyze the text you provide to determine whether it appears to be AI-generated. This analysis is used solely to optimize processing and improve output quality. No action is taken against users based on input detection results — it is a quality-enhancement measure, not a gatekeeping mechanism.

Writing Quality Engine Disclaimer: The Natural Writing Mode feature is designed to produce natural, professional output that matches your personal writing style. However, Resuvolt does not guarantee specific quality scores or outcomes. Writing quality results vary based on input content, length, and style. Use of this feature does not exempt you from your responsibility to review and verify all content before submission.

ATS Simulation Disclaimer: The ATS Simulation feature provides approximate simulations of how third-party ATS systems may process your resume. Actual parsing behavior varies by ATS version, employer configuration, and system updates. Resuvolt is not affiliated with Personio, SAP, or any ATS provider. We do not guarantee that optimizing based on our simulation will produce specific outcomes with any ATS system. The simulation is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

6. Plans & Payment Terms

Resuvolt offers the following plans and purchase options:

• Free Tier: 5 AI calls per month. No credit card required. Full PDF downloads. Cover letter generation included for all registered users.
• Starter: $9.99 per month (or $69 per year). 150 AI calls per month. All features including interview prep, batch tailoring, resume builder, all 20 CV templates, and DOCX export.
• Pro Monthly: $19.99 per month, billed automatically. Unlimited AI calls. All features plus priority processing.
• Pro Annual: $99 per year ($8.25 per month), billed automatically. Same features as Pro Monthly.
• Job Search Pass: $39 one-time payment. Full Pro access for 90 days. No subscription, no auto-renewal. After 90 days, account reverts to Free tier automatically.
• Early Adopter Deal: $14.99 per month, locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. Limited to the first 100 users who redeem the coupon code EARLY100. This promotional rate is non-transferable and applies only as long as the subscription remains active without cancellation.

Fair Usage Policy: Plans described as offering "unlimited" AI generations (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Job Search Pass) are subject to a fair usage limit of 5,000 AI generations per month. This limit is designed to prevent automated abuse and does not affect normal usage — typical heavy users consume fewer than 500 generations per month. If you exceed this limit, your account may be temporarily restricted until the next billing period. We reserve the right to adjust this threshold to maintain service quality for all users.

All prices are displayed in USD. For customers in the European Union, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. The final price including any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment.

All prices are in USD and may be subject to change with reasonable notice. Prices are displayed in up to 8 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN) based on your selected country. These local currency amounts are approximate conversions for display purposes only — all charges are processed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Resuvolt operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Job Search Pass): No refunds will be issued for any subscription period, whether partially or fully used. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
• Starter Plans (Monthly or Annual): No refunds will be issued for any subscription period, whether partially or fully used. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will not be refunded. Any unused AI calls within a billing period are non-transferable and do not carry over.
• Failed AI processing: If a tailoring request fails due to a technical error on our end, any credits consumed by that request will be automatically restored to your account. This is not a monetary refund but a service credit restoration.

By proceeding with any purchase on Resuvolt, you expressly agree to waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law, as the digital service begins immediately upon purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact us at domantas.kazl1@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Resuvolt, including your original resume text, job descriptions, and any other inputs. You also retain full ownership of all AI-tailored output generated from your content, including tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. These outputs are yours to use as you see fit.

Resuvolt retains no rights to your user-generated or AI-tailored content. Resuvolt retains ownership of its platform, branding, algorithms, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Service Availability

Resuvolt is provided "as-is" across all supported countries, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

• We may add or remove supported countries at any time, with or without prior notice.
• AI provider availability, rate limits, or service disruptions may temporarily affect Resuvolt's functionality. We are not liable for downtime or degraded performance caused by third-party AI providers.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resuvolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Without limiting the foregoing, Resuvolt is not responsible for:

• Job application outcomes, including rejected applications, missed opportunities, or any other employment-related consequences.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before use.
• Country-specific CV norms or conventions being incomplete, outdated, or not aligned with a particular employer's expectations.
• Service interruptions or degraded functionality caused by third-party AI provider outages or limitations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Chrome Extension

The Resuvolt Chrome Extension allows you to extract job descriptions directly from supported third-party job platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. By installing and using the extension, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The extension reads job description content from supported web pages solely for the purpose of importing that data into Resuvolt for resume tailoring and related features.
• The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any data beyond what is necessary to provide this functionality.
• Resuvolt is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or any other third-party job platform. Use of the extension is at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use it on.
• Third-party platforms may change their website structure or terms at any time, which could affect the extension's functionality. Resuvolt does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with any third-party platform.
• The extension's keyword matching feature operates entirely on your device and does not transmit your resume data to external services.

13. Third-Party Services

Resuvolt relies on the following third-party services to operate. By using Resuvolt, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms:

• AI Processing: Used to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, interview prep materials, and Natural Writing Mode output. Our pipeline uses third-party AI providers with multi-layer writing quality techniques including style anchoring, vocabulary filtering, and burstiness optimization. Resume content, job descriptions, and related inputs are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We may change AI providers at any time to improve service quality.
• Stripe: Used for secure payment processing. Resuvolt does not store your full payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Supabase: Used for user authentication, data storage, and backend infrastructure. Your account data, resumes, and generated content are stored securely via Supabase.

14. Credits & Referral Program

Resuvolt offers a credit-based system and a referral program subject to the following terms:

• Credits: Certain actions (such as resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and other AI-powered features) consume credits. Credits may be obtained through the Starter plan purchase, referral rewards, or as part of a Pro subscription.
• Referral Rewards: You may earn credits by referring new users to Resuvolt using your unique referral link. Credits are awarded once the referred user meets the qualifying criteria (e.g., creating an account or making a purchase).
• Restrictions: Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Resuvolt reserves the right to revoke credits and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive referral activity, including self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated sign-ups.
• Program Changes: Resuvolt may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any credits already earned will remain in your account unless obtained through fraudulent means.

15. Data Handling

Resuvolt processes the following types of user-provided content to deliver its services: resume text and documents, job descriptions (including those imported via the Chrome Extension), and any other inputs you provide for cover letter generation or interview preparation. AI-generated outputs (tailored resumes, cover letters, interview questions) are stored in your account for your convenience.

Feedback and edit tracking: When you rate AI-generated results (e.g., thumbs up/down) or edit output before downloading, we store that feedback and those modifications to measure and improve output quality. This data is retained for up to 24 months and may be anonymized for long-term analysis. You may request deletion of your feedback and edit data at any time. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest in service improvement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

16. Usage Counters

Resuvolt displays global usage statistics publicly, including the total number of resumes tailored, cover letters created, and interview preparations generated. These counters are anonymized aggregate counts — they do not contain or reveal any personal data and cannot be used to identify individual users or their activity.

17. Competitor Comparison

Our landing page includes a feature comparison table referencing third-party services. This comparison is based solely on publicly available information and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be defamatory, disparaging, or misleading. Feature availability and pricing of third-party services may change at any time. Resuvolt is not affiliated with any of the compared services and does not collect personal data of competitors or their users for this feature.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For non-material changes, we will update this page and note the revision date.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, this governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. In particular, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent that they provide a higher level of protection than Lithuanian law, regardless of the governing law choice stated above.

EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. You may additionally make use of the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
